• Consult with owners and supervisors on personnel matters including issues of progressive discipline and termination
• Develop employee handbooks
• Conduct on-site seminars
• Administrates COBRA compliance and files IRS Form 5500 for both the cafeteria and 401(k) savings plans

Payroll Processing

• Prepare and deliver payroll checks
• Prepare all quarterly and annual payroll related reports including 941’s, 940’s, W-3’s and year end W-2’s
• Manage and deliver section 125 flexible/cafeteria plan opportunities for employees
